yea for Carol & Justin

My good friend Carol, who I've mentioned before; great friend, amazing photographer, wonderful human being, is married to a great guy named Justin Wilcock. Justin is a diver and is competing in the Olympic trials this weekend. Apparently he came in fourth place yesterday (normally Carol will text us to watch but she didn't and so I missed it) and the trials continue again today at 3:30 ET on NBC that's 1:30 for you kids in Utah. This is a cute little article I ran across about Justin. So make sure to watch and send all your good thoughts his way.
We love you Carol & Justin!! & when he makes it I might just have to buy an official J.W. t-shirt.
* Justin came in 3rd!! Now he goes on to the team selection camp in Tennessee next month. From what I've read it seems that there are only two divers in this category- 3 meter springboard, going to the Olympics? I'm not sure maybe someone with more knowledge could fill me in.

Wow! That is amazing stuff right there. I don't know what is more amazing the third place or the body.
How is Carol doing? I haven't seen her in a long time. Remember our trip to Arizona. I will never forget that trip especially being the third wheel. Good times.
ps I will have to print that picture and put it on Dave's mirror for some inspiration.

nic, I loved the az trip! I think that was the week I realized that we were going to be good friends not just sisters- good times, I've heard Carol is doing well, but just through Jan, we haven't spoken in a while.
and I will also be printing the picture as inspiration for my husband. Gary watched the competition with me and then about five minutes after it was over he went to go work out- he he
bytheway- thanks you rock!!

Janae- It was so good to hear from you on my blog. I've been a blog stalker of yours for awhile. :) I'm glad you said that about V.Ting. After reading your blog FOREVER ago about the old ward I had major guilt that I wasn't there for you maybe when you needed me. I hope things are going well for you guys out there. My blanket you made for Christian is still my all time favorite. Are you still creating in all the many ways you did back then? Food, sewing, flowers...etc. I'm jealous just thinking about it. Hopefully we'll bump into eachother when you move back. Talk to you later.
